- Aqua Jogging: A deep water class with the use of “aqua joggers”. A combo of jogging in different styles, strengthening the full body using resistance provided by the water.
- Balance and Core: Practice balance in a safe environment before transitioning to the floor to strengthen the core. Standing and Floor.
- Balance Classes: Practice balance in a safe environment using a variety of equipment to sharpen balance skills. Standing behind a chair.
- Core and More on the Floor: Core, stability, and strengthening exercises to help with overall fitness, using a variety of equipment. Floor.
- Fit 4 Life: A mix of cardio, strengthening, balance and flexibility with a variety of equipment. Standing.
- Fingers to Toes: Cardio, strength, balance, stretching, and more! Standing, on the floor, and using the barre with a variety of equipment for a full body workout. Standing and Floor.
- Functional Fitness / Sit and Get Fit: Cardio, strength training, coordination, and stretching exercises with weight, bands, balls, and more! Seated.
- Sculpt and Stretch: A fun mix of standing, seated, and floor exercises that include strength training, cardio, coordination, balance work, stretching, and mobility. Standing and Floor.
- Senior Fit: A class tailored to the common needs of seniors including but not limited to: Strength Training, Endurance, Flexibility and Stretching in standing.
- Stretch, Relax and Mobilize: Mobilize and stretch the body head to toe. Standing and Seated.
- Water Aerobics: A shallow water pool class with cardio, strengthening and balance with or without equipment.
